Fraud Warning

1. I am the bankruptcy trustee of TIBANNE Co., Ltd. (“TIBANNE”) (case number: Tokyo District Court, 2015 (Fu) No. 585).
2. The bankruptcy estate of TIBANNE includes domain names such as tibanne.com and bitcoins.com.
3. These domains have belonged to and still belongs to the bankruptcy estate of TIBANNE, and the right to manage and dispose of these domains belong to me, as the capacity of the bankruptcy trustee of TIBANNE. These domains may not be disposed of without prior permission of the Tokyo District Court. In other words, these domain names can be acquired by a purchaser only when the bankruptcy trustee sells it upon the permission of the Tokyo District Court. 
4. However, it was found that someone has illegally and unlawfully manipulated these domain names.
5. It was also discovered that someone has been using an email address of mark@tibanne.com to send fraudulent emails to an unspecified third party. These emails were not sent by me, nor by Mr. Mark Karpeles.
6. In summary, as for the domain names belonging to the bankruptcy estate of TIBANNE, including tibanne.com and bitcoins.com, only I, as the trustee in bankruptcy of TIBANNE, have the right to sell them subject to the prior permission of the Tokyo District Court. Accordingly, please be careful not to get caught in the scams.
7. Please also be informed that neither TIBANNE nor I will bear any responsibility for any damages incurred by any party.
